Exactly, he would shot right through her head and kill her, that's why Superman never took this risk and had sexual relationships with Lois. He did, however, manage to have sex with Wonder Woman since she is almost as strong as Superman and able to take his shot which would be somewhat like a gun shoot for a normal human. The End.

Superman has been married to Lois in the comics for years and she has not divorced him for not being able to make love.
In theory, the childish "shotgun blast" answer is unsound. We never see Superman rip off somone's arm in a handshake, he does not smash phones when he answers them, and you never see him crunch a doorhandle when he goes to open a door. It would be safe to assume that simple mundane tasks that normal people can do (including sex) would not have any dire consequences.
Futhermore, if we were to take this totally seriously. If Superman's fluids were like humans, he would make new sex cells every day. You could theorize that since these Kyptonian sex cells have not been exposed to the yellow sun, they are not "charged" like the rest of Superman.
As for the pregnancy thing, Superman is supposed to be an alien. If he is genetically different than humans, he would not be able to concieve a child with a human woman.
In the end though, it is all a matter of fiction. It basically comes down to what the writers say.

maybe he did it a.s.a.p.(as soft as possible).for ur second question,i think its superboy because if u saw superman returns,lois already has superman's son.

well you think his *** shot would be like a shot gun lol, it would be like "oh go Lois mmm god", "Lois are you ok what have i done". And yeah it should be because it would probally have his powers but it might now
