They are vegetarian.......no lard is used.

Those that note some items in the Taco Bell menu which do not include meat, should also note that Taco Bell's menu includes as well items which do not actually include actual "food" per the legal definition..........

I dont know, but I know their meat is dehydrated, then they add hot water to make it. Yuck! But I loves me some burritos....
