Historically-speaking, not important at all. India has a very flexible culture. Integrity and flexibility are almost completely incompatible.

National integrity either is or it is not.

No matter whether it has any personality, any country must have integrity on a National Trade Level ...otherwise you do not get to play in the big game.

You want to be sanctioned? then have no integrity.

India demonstrated national integrity and that is a good thing.
