Who says there is democracy in the Arab world... the stooges that are there continue to be in power because of Western backing... they have used religion all along and have killed all possible avenues for the emergence of democracy... so the only possible avenue for resistance available is fundamentalism... which of course harms the population itself in the longer run. These stooges exploiting religion were propped to stem the rise of Left movements in the East during the Cold War. The disasterous consequences of this Western policy are before you!
