Im in a voulenteer fire dep. and they are going to put cameras up inside the building to monitor it. I want to know is it ileegal to put them up without putting up signs. whats the laws on that situation.

The same rules apply to photography, First Public, or private property? At no time are you allowed the protection of the right to privacy, when out in or whitin a public domain. If you are in or on a Private residence, or property, then you are to inform any persons that they are subject to monitoring.

Not real sure but would think they would have to let you know they are there. Where are they putting them? Restrooms, lockerooms would surely be off limits. Check with your local courthouse, maybe someone there can help?
