You know, I would think that you would have to go strickly by the calendar date ( apx. September 22nd ) as on the west coast it's hard to tell.
It's one of things I miss about living in the midwest-the definite clear changing of the seasons.....falls were beautiful in Missouri.

It starts right after Labor Day but you usually feel it on Halloween Night.

It starts at the same time it starts everywhere else. Do you mean when does it start getting cold/rainy? If so, then November is the answer. Peace and love.
