These people are on an ego trip and have put a chain with a padlock on their gate. We have ask the law for assistist and they won't get involved and a repo man said that if we cut the lock it is breaking and entering and we could get arrested. By the way, this is in the state of Alabama. They have mentioned that they are filing bankrupcy.

Use the law to your advantage. Breaking the law would only cost you more in the end.

If the law won't help you, and you can't legally cut the chain yourself, you will likelly have to take it to court to sue them for access

You would FIRST have to go to court to get a order in YOUR favor.

THEN you would be able to repossess this piece of property.

Contact your local civil court & ask them how to proceed on this matter.

call your local Sheriffs office and request a deputy to escort you to the property.... if you request a deputy to meet you somewhere THEY ARE REQUIRED TO DO IT.

Now, if you are refering to something that was repo'd and it costs money and yer trying to weedle your way out of paying for something.... yer screwed.... and I'm not being a jerk... it's the law.

i dont get what u are saying if it is your property go to the law and tell them they stole it from u, but if its there then there is nothing u can do
