I used to do stars, but it can cause some funny & painful cuts...so now I stick to shaving the whole thing. If your brave, a good wax is the BEST! I tried it once and LOVED it, but I couldn't bare the pain enough to go back for a 2nd one!

lol i tried it one, i left a vertical line through the middle, it was like half an inch , but it grew bak so fast that i didnt even get time to enjoy it...
