Bad screen. I have a Samsung and every now and then, the screen loses its color for a while, then comes back in.

I've had mine for over a year already, and I can say not a problem! The newer ones though, look a little dinky. I'll need to upgrade real soon. Other than the ocassional bump that opens the phone, I would say that I don't have any problem.
I did have a problem with "non-flip" phones, however, dialing from my pocket. Not good.

Most them the screen will freeze up, so you have to turn the phone completely off which usually has to be done by removing the battery! Other problems can be the chargers. Certain ones can also cause problems.

I have had several flip phones & I have never had any problems with mine. My wife had one that developed a short after about a year & a half after she had it. It never failed to work but sometimes when she would answer it she would have to tap on the ear piece so the ear piece would start so she could hear what people were saying to her

I have had a LG flip phone now for years and
never had any problems.

i would rather have a flip than any thing... especially the new samsungs they are awesome... i have a samsung slider now because of availiability but i have had two other flips and they were great except the razr it suxed and broke easy...
