Take away the 'teen' part and see which of the two make sense. Putting it back won't change anything! Oh! I should mentioon that I use the Irish dialect of English so I am NOT pontificating on behalf of American or any other dialect.

teenage daughter is the normal form.
but even if anybody says teenageD daughter nobody will hear the D of the teenaged coz the second word is starting wth a D

my teenage daughter is how it is always used. otherwise most people consider it grammatically incorrect to say my teenaged daughter

"My teenage daughter" is the idiom.
"My teenaged daughter" sounds like a regional thing. :)

They are both grammatically correct, although "teenage" is preferred. But both are acceptable according to the dictionary.
