i have heard that many girls have taken a bath with some kind of water and it does ? IS this true if so then what do they use?

It's not true. The only way to tighten your genitals is with Kegel exercises. It's what women do after childbirth to get themselves back in shape.

I too, vote for kegels - definitely a good exercise for girls in general. Basically, if you can make yourself stop peeing right in the middle, those are the muscles you use to do Kegels. The recommendation seems to be to do about 10 repetitions a couple of times a day (assuming that you actually remember to do them!) and that you hols each rep for about 10 seconds - or at least, that you work up to that.

All that being said - although this is useful - I wouldn't say that there is generally any need for "girls" to be doing them - usually only after childbirth, a traumatic event or as you age things tend to get a little "droopier"

Kegal exercises is exactly right all you do is tighten the muscles and hold ten times followed by tightening the muscles ten quick times a couple times a day hope this helps. But you should be happy with you

Kegels, like everyone said.

I did, however, recently hear about a new surgery that's been developed to tighten the vagina. Pretty disgusting, if you ask me, but clearly there's a market for it...

I don't know about the water, I just thought it was a natural kinda thing! I have always been a tight fit!

KEGEL EXERCISES, TIGHTEN IT UP LIKE YOU'RE HOLDING YOURSELF BACK FROM PEEING AND HOLD IT TIGHT FOR A BIT AND DO THAT OVER AND OVER SEVERAL TIMES THROUGH OUT THE DAY--IT TIGHTENS UP THE WALLS AND MAKES ORGASMING EASIER.

you can douche with alum and water and do kegel exercises

go research the kegal exorcise...or talk with ur local gyno for more instructions...this tightens it...
