I asked my b/f to stop by a benefit garage sale we were having for a co worker who has been serioiusly injured in a head on car wreck to meet some of the people I work with. He said I have already SEEN them. in a condacending manner and never showed up.
Then I asked him to go to my friend's house and ask her to come by the sale so that I can talk to her ( I had loaned her MY truck) Her b/f mostlikeley did not give her the message. Plus My b/f did not give the complete mseeage.. I ended up having to leave the sale to get MY truck My friend's b/f said to my b/f "why does she want my g/f to come to the garage sale she doesn't have any money?? ( I have loaned her my truck and given them $$$ to help them out)
AM I WRONG FOR BEING UPSET OR AM I BEING REDICULOUS?? upset with my bf and my best freiend

Your boyfriend sounds like a jerk to me. Don't loan your friend your truck or give anymore money to her. Her boyfriend sounds like a jerk, too. You are not wrong.

At first glance it seems that you are surronded by some pretty self-centered people who have little empathy for others.
This could be a pattern for you to be attracted to such types of which you should look into it and try to change it.
On the other hand ask yourself if you are a very demanding person expecting others to do as you ask without considering there feelings............since I do not know you only you can answer either way.
Hope it all works out though, I hate when friends or family are at odds.

From the information you provided, it seems like there is lot of miscommunication going on, what you say to your BF and what your BF hears are two different things, you asked him to come for your coworkers and not for you, so he said why do i need to go see them i have already met them. Well its how you present your thoughts matter too ...so thats on thing, Secondly, the issue with your female friend an her BF, again what he says about you is because he might not be aware of the fac that you have loaned the truck/$$$ but let say he does know, it just hat he is playing an ego trick as he is not confident about himself. What you do with ur female freind is yours and hers business, HE is just a BF and not a husband ..some one is in-secured ..dont know who ...

Yeah I would advise you to maybe stop sending messages through human beings.....it never works. They should have definitely helped out b/c you never know when you will need support you know? Never loan your truck or give money if they're not behind you 100%. Good Luck and be mad but don't hold a grudge!

Ummm okay yeah. Well your boyfriend does not seem supportive at all!! However your friend may have felt pressured to buy something at the sale and they were broke. The fact that you had to leave the sale would have pissed me off too, especially since you were trying to do something nice. Your boyfriend should have gortten that. I would be pissed at him too. Maybe you two are not on the same page about whats important to you.

it sounds like this whole mess was caused by unclear communication and by your b/f not being willing to take time out of his day to do something that was important to you and that's pretty sad so the next time he wants you to do something that's important to him don't maybe then he will understand how you feel i woulds say the same goes for your best friend no i don't think your in the wrong you have every right to be upset

It sounds like you might be the sort of person who gets a bit carried away with helping out people ad you don't understand why everyone is not the same as you....
Perhaps your boyfirend and best friend simply have different priorities to you....
