For some reason, I can't build airports, build highways, bus stations....etc...
I've looked up all the cheats...and still, i can't do it. Please help!
Again...Sim City 3000.....
Also....the cheat "call cousin vinnie" does not work...is there one that will give you more money??

If you started the game in 1900, you cannot build highways, airports, etc until you get to the year in which they are allowed.
I think highways were in 1955, but I am not sure.

What is wrong with this picture is that you cannot see the big picture. Where are all the new housing developments going, and where is the land to build new schools? New schools MUST be built. Our country needs to focus and prioritize education. Education should be this countries first resource. Without education, the job market goes elsewhere. Why not shift the thinking here? Why do we still have gas and diesel buses. Why are there no tax and insurance incentives for hybrid vehicles? Why do we pay more for a registration for the hybrid vehicle? Why aren't there more mass transit options put into place for new developments? When a road is repaved, or a new road developed, are there bike lanes put into place? I am less worried about the energy crunch, and more worried about the education crunch!
