the biggest thing i can tell you is to exercise, the key to losing weight is to burn more calories than you are taking in.
Water should become your new best friend, drink plenty of it, and if your a pop drinker only go with diet and should even limit your intake of those, i would say to at least 3.
pre make all of your lunches and snacks. Cut up some fruit and vegetables so they are ready for you to nibble on.
AND NEVER SHOP HUNGRY, make a list of your grocery needs, and only buy what's on it.
It also helps to keep a food journal and also try going on walks after your meals. NEVER LAY DOWN RIGHT AFTER EATING.

I would say have whole wheat toast and cereal and fruit for breakfast, for lunch have a big salad (you can have dressing, just not a whole lot), with a piece of whole wheat toast or bread. For dinner have broiled meat, and two steamed vegetables, with a little bit of butter on them. Limit soft drinks and sugar. Exercise once or twice a day for at least 20 minutes (walking fast is good). Eating these things should keep you from feeling hungry, and you should begin to lose weight within a week. For a snack have celery, carrots, any raw vegetable, dipped into low fat Ranch dressing.

Hi
Try this simple option,it really works so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
Good luck

This is really, really counterintuitive, but:
DON'T DIET!!!
Just cut out junk food from your everyday diet--and you won't have to worry about rebound weight gain from yo-yo dieting--which is what happens to about 95% of everyone who diets.
Eat whole fruits instead of fruit juices. Vegetable juice is OK, though.
Never drink soda pop--not even the diet kind. Water is best.
Never ever starve yourself. A good rule of thumb is to eat at least 10 kcals for every pound of body weight that you SHOULD weigh (and by "should," I do not mean what you'd have to weigh to be a model or an actress, because that's unrealistically and unhealthily skinny--remember, those women get paid to be unhealthy) if you're sedentary...and eat even more kcals per pound if you exercise.
Eat 20-35 grams of soluable and insoluable fiber (combined) every day.
Whole grains are always better than refined grains. If grains give you "tummy troubles," then try cutting out all grains that have gluten in them, and see if you're still having problems. Chances are that you won't.
Be sure to get some fat in your diet. But read labels and make sure that there is no hydrogenated/trans fat in what you're eating.
Get more Omega 3 fats, from either mercury-free fish oil or from (refrigerated and fresh--never rancid) flax seed oil.
One good way to get fats to is eat them in the seeds and nuts from which they originally came, instead of eating them refined and separated-out. Raw almonds, walnuts, and many other nuts and seeds are good snack foods. Eat a handful every once in a while.

exercise everyday for half an hour minimum. u also need to watch food: stop all soda, chips. energy bars. mayo, butter. start cooking with oil. it tastes exactly the same. stop dessert but maybe for biscotti or local sweet. hmm...i suggest eat nothing with aspartame(sweetener for sugar free foods) because it actully slows losing weight process dramatically. if u absolutely need chocolate u can aonly eat a small amount of dark chocolate that is at least 60% cocoa. this is a simple diet that doesnt really restrain you and actually helps u stop eatting trans fats. good luck.
