Not really spells, but skills that can help you develope a spell/prayer:

There many forms of magickal thought, both astral, human & spiritual.

Meditation: A great way to learn how to focus your energy so you can send those messages that you are in seek of)

Astral Project: (to spiritually ascend to different places or realms)

ESP: (to project thought)

Channeling: (allowing spirits to come through you & your mind)

Scrying: (form of Divination, where you can recieve thoughts, visions or audioble messages)

Telepathy: (to send messages with the mind)

to name a few........

yes there is a spell to send a thought, the most common is a series of mantras intoned out loud towards the person you wish to send the thought to, the mantras themselves follow the same phonetics as your language of choice.
i've also demonstrated another thought transfer spell here, except by using the runes of ancient posted in a digital format coupled with the sacred right of the TCPIP

all thoughts are things, all you need to do is stare into a candle flame and keep thinking the thought over and over with that one person in mind, not everyone is a reciever though. sadly.
