Your digital camera should come with some software that does that. you just need to select the pic you want to put words in and then put it in edit mode and you should see the abc character in that menu.
At least thats what i think you asked...

you use the special charaters in the pc and go row by row until you make a design, or... you just steal it from someone else on a blog, comment, internet page, etc.
