I have never really care about how its put on, so long as there is toilet paper on the roll. Why do people make a big deal over it..gets me

GRRRR - my wife never brings it over the top like I do, which makes it easier to grab rather than reach up and under.
Potty training kids with an TP roll over the top makes it easier!

I don't replace my toilet roll. I have to hide it 'cause my cat will toilet paper the bathroom and my bedroom.
