How do i learn to be disclipined?

I know it takes a long time , but how should i start what small things would add up ?

i am 16, i just want to get used to being disciplined cause i have to focus on school studies, and i havent been displined really cause my parents kind of spoiled me. but i take this last year of high school seriously for university admission.

Make a check-list of all the things you need to do. This could include work, school, housework, homework, errands, personal hygiene, appointments, etc. Make photocopies of it, and everyday do the items that you need to do and check them off the list.

It is really satisfying to know at the end of a day that you have accomplished everything you needed to do. Once you get into the routine of doing this, you will be more disciplined and be more confident within yourself because you will know that you are T.C.O.B. (taking care of business!)

Do something good for someone else and keep doing it. Then stop doing something you enjoy in favor of something that is better for you. Both activities will teach you self-discipline.

get parents. or get younger so ur parents re taking care of yiu much disapline there.
