I've tried NetZero before, and it's satisfactory. AOL is the slowest 56k service, and for its price, NetZero is pretty good at $15 a month (for NetZero Hi-Speed). If you're looking to use a 56k service, NetZero is your best bet. However, if you can afford to pay $40+ a month, you can get DSL, which is a great improvement.

Netzero, to me the name says it all. Cheap to get on, but you really get what you pay for. There are other deals out there that cost just a little more but are many times better than Netzero.

Heck no, when we had it ran fast for the first few days and then slowed down. And when my dad tried to get rid of it, he couldn't and they kept billing him for months afterwards.

not really they say they're faster but they're really not. Trust me I've had it and ill never go back to dial-up again. that's why i have comcast cable Internet. its expensive like 60 bucks a month

Personally speaking no. It isnt as fast as they say it was slow for my computer and i wouldnt recommend it.
