Should be Liriano, but if he misses the rest of the season and Jered Weaver picks up like 3-4 more wins, he could sneak in out of nowhere and get it, kinda like Ryan Howard did last year in the NL, having not started playing in the big leagues til July.

The Baseball Writers Association receives two votes from journalists in each major league city; whichever rookie receives the most votes wins the award.

Jared Weaver. If he keeps it up, the Angels will win the division. He's just as good as Liriano, and he's not on the DL. Papelbon is toast, his wheels are going to come off real soon. Way to many innings pitched. Dead arm.

Right now it is still Lireano
Verlander and Papelbon have to be close behind and could catch him if he is long on the DL
Weaver could over take both of them if he continues and goes 12-1 or so
If they didn't give it to a pitcher, I think Mark Teahan of the Royals would get it, but he is not close to these pitchers.
