You let her know that you are there for her to talk to and to share with. You encourage her to tell you her fantasies, you encourage her to talk to you about her fears and frustrations, and you encourage her to reclaim the sexuality she gave to you for a wedding present (or as part of your "relationship deal"). This means being happy when she flirts with other men...or women. It means enjoying how much she's enjoying her new-found freedom. It means enjoying watching other men drool over this beautiful, unique, desireable, sexually confident woman. It means enjoying how much she is enjoying their attention.
And after all this, you are only allowed to ask for one thing: that she does not abuse the trust you've given her. You are not allowed to ask her to reciprocate. That's like handing someone a present and then standing there with your hand out waiting for them to give you one back. It's a pretty safe bet that she'll WANT to return the favour, and give you a gift in kind, but EXPECTING it will make her much less likely to want to give you anything!
If you can't handle this kind of situation, don't even go there.
