hi all, i m presently managing a retail shop that are selling lighting products..

now adays retail business are very competitive in the market & i need some good ideas/suggestion that may help my company to improve the sales target....

Host an "anniversary" party or a "lighting" event night where you invite certain potential customers and former customers for an evening of light food, showing new products, have a corner where a local interior designer has an imaginative and unique display using your product, show how the product is made and where and why the quality is there, maybe have the reps that sell you their products be present at the event.

Use colored light bulbs in lamps in the front windows = spice up your store and set up a unique display in the front windows.
