The highest revenues from Drug Smuggling are actually in Mexico who overtook Columbia a couple of years ago. The largest consumers are the USA. However, much drug smuggling is still organised by the CIA who organised the drug cartels in Mexico during the 70's & 80s while Bush was head of the CIA, along with John Foster Dulles and Felix Rodriguez (the CIA officer present when El Ché was executed) in order to get cash for "off balance book" funding for their illegal activities in Central and South America. U may not like the answer but it is the USA. Most people involved in drugs are exporting to the USA and live there, bank there and have businesses there because the highest number of consumers are there. Just like Coke really.
