Sure you can. You'll need an S-video cable which will go from the TV-out on your video card to the s-video in on your TV. If you don't have a S-video in on your TV but have the RCA in, then you'll need to get a s-video to RCA converter.
You'll then have to go into your display adapter's properties and configure the rest from there.

Need a video card with 'TV out' and run a line to it, there are also some boxes you can get that take a source from the crt line but never known anyone to have one and no idea if they are any good.

There is a little round plug in on the back of your computer, probably on your motherboard (onboard) that has a bunch of female holes and you plug some kinda thing that has matching male plugs coming out of it that will fit right into each one. There are also (usually white, yellow and red) pluggy things that come with your television that will help you connect everything up, audio and visual. I'm sorry, I cannot think of the names of them right now. Sorry. :)

There is a certain A/V Cable you can purchase to connect to your TV or you can burn it on a DVD. Radio Shack probably has the right cord.
