He would make sure there was peace in the whole world. No hate. No one went hungry. Everyone had the money to support themselves so they wouldn't be homeless. There would be cures to more diseases. In my neighborhood he would make sure no one was on drugs since my neighborhood is big on drugs. Thats about it.

I will assume that his deeds now would be the same as his deed back then.
He would:
Cure small number of sick people.
Perform a couple of small miracles.
Raise one dead person.
Then, attempt to start an insurrection against the Israel's government and then he would get killed by an a Apache helicopter's rocket when one of his followers would give away his secret hideout's location for 30 million dollars.

He's be real pissed off that everybody was down here doing a whole bunch of crazy crap in his name. He'd probably tear down all the churches and lead a revolution. Maybe he'd bring popcorn. If we're lucky.
