Make sure you document all of your contacts with the company. Send a letter through registered mail so someone has to sign for it. Also, call and say, "I will be in on ____day at ___o'clock to pick up my check." Go to the place and see if you can get it.

they legally have to give you the money they owe you. Keep after them. Call, put request in writing (via snail mail) and send it certified. Call payroll Dept. Get ahold of the owner of company if you have too.
