i stand on my feet for 14 hours at work, what is the best shoe under 100$ that will help my feet hurt less?

You need something with arch support, a padded insole, and a rubber bottom. Less shock to your feet.
Depending on what you do will depend on what you can wear. If you need to look nice, sneakers wouldn't be an option. Go to a shoe store and tell them what you need. They can point you in the right direction. Or try a search at http://www.zappos.com/

okay I have the same prob. I love my black leather steve madden ballet flats. I got mine at macys.
they are awesome its like being barefoot
