Yes they are all males. Men means males. Of course, if they are frosted........well, then it's a whole other matter. Now you are getting into Gay gingerbread men. or even worse, transvestite gingerbread men. Keep going and you may end up with gingerbread Its.
And how do they reproduce? No problem. That's an easy question to answer. You've heard of Lady Fingers, right?
In fact, let me tell some more things about your typical bakery and the gingerbread men that live there. What happens to good gingerbread men when they die? Well, they go to become Angels food Cakes. And the bad ones become Devils food Cakes. The arrogant ones are called Napoleons. The Gay ones are sometimes refered to as cup cakes. The retarded ones are known as fruitcakes and no one wants them around.

By the nature of the question - yes. If it were a female it would be a gingerbread woman or a gingerbread girl.
Sorry but reproduction is not an option.
Based on some of the questions and answers I have read in YAHOO ANSWERS (Not in this specific question), there are a lot of parents who should have never had reproduction capabilities either!

They are test tube gingerbread men. That's why they are all boys. Never seen a girl one before. You know the other reason they are boys. Because the house wife makes them when there men and boys are out playing or at work. So there always be a men in the house.

it all depends on the decorations on them. Unless they are crossdressing, ones with dresses are female. They reproduce by always making sure that there is enough dough in the batch to make more of them.
