I would have to say Jennifer Love Hewitt....I like the new show she's on but, she is just too full of loving doily fluffiness which just can't be 100% genuine. At least she's not a b itch like most female celebrities that's important.

Hillary Duff, definitely. All the others people have mentioned are obviously not virgins so they don't completely qualify. Not saying that Hillary IS, but she's still saying she is and until there is evidence she is not, i.e. husband and/or baby, well....
