i know that it is Prince. But the question also states that his name rhymes with "Smelly." &&i have no clue what the right answer is.

It's Prince - real name Prince Rogers Nelson, don't know where they got the "smelly" part from!

The only person it could be is Prince, but even if you take his real name Prince Rogers Nelson, it still doesn`t rhyme with Smelly. Unless that has something to do with the name of his recording studio, The Paisley Park Studios in Minnesota.
