All I can tell you is that I am 65 years old, have been jacking off since I was 12 and I ain't blind (nor crazy!)...yet! Even if jacking off made me blind, I doubt I would stop...or maybe I just wouldn't do it as much as it do. In short the answer is NO! Jack off as much as you want...and enjoy!!!

if you live in Victorian Days... it maybe possible. It is funny what people will believe even today. Masturbation has shown to be very healthful and can help reduce having prostrate problems and cancer in later years of your life.
