Sometimes Barnes and Nobles has some wonderful books on mythology and they are often rediculously cheap. I just bought a book about Middle Eastern mythology for $7.00 a good deal.

Get this book called "The Sagas of Icelanders" by Jane Smiley and Robert Kellogg. It's in Amazon used for like 8 bucks. This book is delicious (if it could be eaten) and the cover is just marvelous, it's textured, an awesome work of art. I'm a historian, so naturally I love this stuff. Check it out, you won't regret it.
