No. This is not a good way to deal with conflict resolution/ not a good way to deal with rage. Breaking up things is a sign if mad-ness. There are other ways to control anger : Play games ---- e.g tennis --- take out your anger that way. Occupy your-self in other ways : Read your bible, this is a good way to stay calm.Listen to music ,music is well-known for calming down the spirit .

Yes, I had to replace quite a few things. So since it has costs me I have learned to control my rage; just a bit.

Well of course! I once broke an entire family of elephant figurines. Started with the biggest one till I got to the tiny one. And at the end..it felt so Good !! I guess it beat, beating the crap out of the person (?) who aggravated me, seriously!!

Yeah..i completely destroyed a bicycle with a steel pipe once..it was headed for the scrap heap anyway and i felt alot better afterwards

Yes! I am half italian. This is normal for me. Once I threw a chair at my step brother and hit him in the balls cuz he called me a *****. No one in my family dares to call me a *****. I just like throwing things. Not purposly breaking them. Does this make me look crazy cuz my family is all angry italians too?
