the TOS says she has to be 13, and there's a lot of sexual content on it. I would wait till age 12 or 13.

She should wait until she's mature enough to understand the responsibilities of the Internet and know important things, such as not giving out personal information and the consequences of doing so.

I'd say let her use it now. I've seen a lot of questions about kids from their parents asking why their child is acting a certain way. What better answer could you get from a child about a child?!! But remind her to think before she asks a silly question or request.

no. There are some sick people out here that pose really obscene questions. Others are as bad answering many questions, children should stay away from this site.
