Boating Accident on Truman Lake.I can not find any details about this accident.?

On Aug.11,2006 a friend of mine was killed in a bouting accident on truman lake.I have looked all over the Internet for details. But can't seem to find anything. It's been on the news.If someone has details could they let me know. THANK YOU!
