no it's not too short considering it's something to wear over a bikini. there's not much that you can hide wearing a bikini. So as long as it's used as beach wear, I think it's cute! I want one now, thanks!

Yea- it is short since it's a mini skirt. It's really cute though. Might be nice to wear w/ short shorts underneath. Also u could wear it 2 the beach or 2 play tennis.
