I have a Brazilian Pepper tree. The leaves have been dead and brown. The tree feels solid but it really hasn't grown in the 2 years that I've had it. Is it dead? Can it be revived. It does have some small green offshoots growing on it if you look hard enough.

Well if you cut a branch off and you see green-wick-then the tree is alive. It may be sick. Where did you get the tree? Where you got it from return there and ask about the tree. Alternatively go to any other garden centre, garden books or the Internet to find out about your tree.

i ought to go away your ficus a lengthy time period longer previously you commence reducing off the curiously useless branches. Ficus are notorious for dropping their leaves for an total host of causes and if your tree has some new eco-friendly leaves on it, i ought to attend to work out if extra come alongside previously I were given too over excited with eliminating what appears useless. you ought to properly be pleasantly shocked to have the tree sprout leaves from some extra branches. i ought to feed it a gentle fertilizer to help to stimulate new boom and to help those few new leaves to thrive.

well .. I worked at a landscape desighn place all summer.. and if there are little sprouts coming out of it then it is NOT dead.. just take a pruner and if the branches are totally dead, then trim them to the trunk, but if they have green sprouts, then don't cut that branch off.
