yes I do! my son has been ill, very ill for 6months, have been in childrens hospital for more than a week. have to take him back for surgery on tuesday. the bills keep piling up, and then there are other pressures as well. but I have learned that life, is full of challenges, there are always going to be ups and down, and yes it sometimes seems as if the "downs" tend to pile upon our heads. I can sit and worry, and that will only make it worse, and eventually make me sick, or I can accept that there are going to be hardships and I try to just take it one day at a time. if it gets too hard, I only focus on hour to hour. I try not to let my mind wonder with worry when I lay my head down to sleep. I always say a prayer and then just focus on sleeping. because I know my body and mind needs rest. there are no problems that I can solve by worrying especially lying in my bed. there is also a passage in the Bible that someone very close to me once quoted> its in 1 corintians 6:11-12 "you were washed, but you were sancitified but you were justified in the name of the lord Jesus and by the spirit of our God. 12 all things are lawfull for me, but not all things are helpfull. All things are lawful for me BUT I WILL NOT BE BROUGHT UNDER THE POWER OF ANY". Paul said this, there is a lot of power in that message. no thing, shall have power over us, or in other words rule our lives, inless we allow it. if you give in to suffering, no matter what you are struggling with, you have lost the battle. if you face it head on, with a strong and healthy attitude , you can overcome any challenge that life brings you. for me, I find a lot of peace in reading my bible, this may or may not be for you, but find something, someone to talk to, that gives you peace. I know its hard to try and not worry, or fret, but you can not add a single thing to your life by worry and giving up hope, but more misery. sometimes even meditating, or just going to a quiet place helps. even when there seems like no hope, remember this.... there is always a solution to every problem, and it will pass. time does heal all, and things will get better. I hope that this has helped you, as I know all too well how that feeling is!! I just find it in myself to go on, and to try and focus on the good things in my life instead of the bad. I tell myself that I will not accept being weak or give in to falling deeper into my worrys. I don't allow it to have power over me, I tell myself to remain strong, no matter how hard of blows life gives me! it does get easier. take care. smiles;)

It gets worse. I know. We are all facing rough times, or we have already been there.
Drugs may seem to help for a while, but in the end it will only make things worse. Don't fall for it.
Don't give up now, maybe your best day ever will be tomorrow, but I can't promise what tomorrow brings for you.
Life is never easy. We all make mistakes, wrong choices. Believe me I've made more than my share. Life goes on, and we find a way to cope with our problems.
If gravity were gone, you'd be floating around, not falling. Hopefully, with good luck, there will be a nice pillow-top mattress to catch you when you do hit bottom. But if my guess is right you feel, with your kind of luck, you'd miss the bed by a foot, and land directly on your head.
What you need to do is try to grab onto that bungie cord, to keep yourself from actually hitting the bottom, because that would be very painful indeed.
Surely, there has been a time in your past that you have felt some kind of happiness. Go out and do something that you used to enjoy. See a movie, go to an amusement park, read a book, you know what I mean. Something that does not include drugs, or alcohol.
I hope you find some good luck soon, because everyone at some point in time, needs some of that. Good luck.

My recommendations are that I got here the following to respond to questions about Rock&Pop. it would not count number if it truly is a question - "Does this image advise I actually have genital warts??" is a valid question as well. certain, the persons the following answer. Do they care? I distinctly doubt it. they might swear up and down that they do - oh certain - yet in case you've been to vanish and under no circumstances answer back, no you likely can imagine two times. Sorry, merely the way it truly is. no longer something hostile to you - i'm confident an similar could be stated for me. because i'm the following, i'd as well answer. you're 100% best. Sheepism is now inspired no longer in straightforward words from little ones and money-making corporations, yet from instructors etc as well. right now's society is ridiculous. a guy kidnaps slightly boy and rapes him for years, is stuck, is charged for SEVEN YEARS, and is released on parole after 5. What the f*ck? He did not even stay in penitentiary for the era of time that he held the youngster captive! men beat their better halves, moms beat their little ones, baby holding facilities word and do not something - "nicely certain, we visited a pair of times. Yeah, the youngsters had bruises on them. certain, there replaced into no nutrition contained in the abode. Um yep, there have been insects all around the filthy abode. Why? Oh, the newborn died? Huh. Who'd have theory?" the subsequent decade or 2 shall prepare to be VERY thrilling.

I'm there right now. Don't listen to ignorant people who make fun of you and think you're on drugs. It happens to a lot of people. I'm in a bad situation right now, and I am not crazy, an alcoholic or a drug user. Bad things happened to good people, don't know why. My friends keep telling me it's going to get better, but so far it hasn't. I try to stay positive, even though it's very hard to do. Hopefully, the good luck will come soon to both of us :)

I have had dreams like that and I wake right up. If that is happening you might need to talk to a doctor. You must be over tired or need rest. Don't burn the candle at both ends.
