Yes. Just right click with your mouse on the picture, choose "send to," then "mail recipient," and type in your friends cell phone number area code first, then the number then @ whatever their service is. For example:
2123456789@messaging.nextel.com.

yup. either send the pic to his email address and he can use his phone to check his email....or you can send it to his cell phone's email address, which would be beneficial if
a. he knows the actual address itself (sprint is like draven2020@sprint.pcs.net or sumthin)
b. he has email notifiers active on his phone so he knows when he gets a new email.
otherwise send it to his hotmail address and tell him to check his email.
