It really depends on how big the bank is that you are interested in. When I was 17 I started in the Trust Department as a receptionist in a large Virginia bank. Then I later became a bank teller. Even later I worked in the mortgage division of a Florida bank. My last job in a bank was in Texas as a Real Estate Auditor where I would audit real estate loans and buy or sell them. The best thing for you to do is contact the human resources department of the bank you are interested in working and find out what is available. Most have telephone joblines now. Even now I still have not finished my college degree.

I am a bank teller and I currently go to school. At my bank, the manager does not have a degree or the assistant manager for that matter. You could try teller, vault teller customer service/sales rep, assistant manager, or branch manager. The degree does not matter. Can you sell products and services?

There are lots of positions you could fill. Of course you probably may only be able to start off as a teller, but as you get experience and if you do your job well, you could move up to higher positions quickly. And if you are in a finance field, then you could move up even faster.

Teller, customer service....none of those require a degree. You could probably even be a loan processor as well.
