If 1 = the worst cell phone on the planet, and 5 = the best? I would say that the V is a 4. It has a large number of features and the keyboard is great for TXTing and emailing. The camera takes great pics and videos. My only complaints after having this phone for 6 months are: signal strength (although that could also be a factor of location); some people have told me that it is difficult to hear me when I am walking down the street (could be that it was windy); and those pics and videos that I mentioned look best when you email them -- the screen is small and the image gets super small on the phone's screen. Yeah, you can blow them up on that little screen but you can't save them that way to be your wallpaper and you lose the sharpness of your image. V = 4.
