One of the best ways to develop self confidence is to learn to become a person who can communicate assertively. Assertive communication can be learned and their are some courses that can help. Assertive communication increases your chances of comming out on top in discussions and gives others the impression that you have your stuff together. Pretty soon, with the complements you get, self confidence begins to happen.

Try to talk to people a lot. Re-design yourself if it's needed. Try to follow a lil fashion. Well, the conclusion is, take good care of your outer and inner self, and you'll got that confidence. And if you dare enough, try to talk to a LOT of different people.

Find things you are good at. Do them well, but try to find things you want to work on. Visualization can really help you with confidence in yourself.

Just be yourself. Be into youself if you have to. The point is, love yourself, and don't look to other people to do so for you. Only you can do it, and you've got the power. If I did it, then you certanly can as well. Good luck, bro.
