I would accidentally let my foot slam as hard as it accidentally could into his most "treasured" area. Then I might accidentally have to step on him if he happened to fall down, I would want to wear a spiked heel for this "accident". Then maybe one last accidental kick in the ribs. That might make you feel better, but it won't fix your hair!
Do not do anything that may cause the gum to spread, I have heard of all kinds of things that may work? Sometimes if you have thick hair cutting it out before it gets entangled further is the BEST idea. Ok I have heard that you can "freeze it with ice" and try to break it out of your hair when the gum become brittle, I have also heard of using maynaise or peanut butter. The MOST important thing to do is to NOT let any more of your hair get tangled up in it (even if it means you have to cut it out!) Sorry brothers are such turds sometimes.
I am 40 something and I have one brother who could only contact me ONLY if I could give him bone marrow (ONLY if my bone marrow may be THE ONLY thing that may save his life (unlikely), and one brother that I really love and stay in touch with! So I can't even tell you that your brother will be any better when he is older. If you can't stand him when you are an adult at least you have the option of being able to move away from where he lives so you do not have to put up with him on a daily basis.

You should sue him, and get a restraining order, so the little gum sticker can't come within 100 yards of you. You could have his allowance and he'll have to sleep outside.
