Once again...not damaging, inexpensive. Oh yeah, and is eyeliner or dark eyeshadow better for opening up eyes? In articles by Bobbi Brown, I read both are great, but which looks more natural?

Eyeliner looks more natural. Because u only need to use it at the lining of ur upper eyes and voila!

The best eyeliner brand is MAC's power point eye pencil (you can pick whatever color you like out of their collection). What I like about them is that they stay all day, they're waterproof, and have a great color, also you can try them on before buying. They're $13.50. If you just want a regular black eyeliner that doesn't really last all day then get Maybelline. They're cheaper, but I have to say the quality goes to MAC most definitely.
Eye shadow doesn't open your eyes up, it just adds a vibrant eye-attracting color. Eye liner can open your eyes up if you don't put it inside your eye. Also, mascara definitely will. If using the right colors, all will look natural. A combination of all 3 will make a great, open eye, vibrant look!!

I have to agree Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner is the best! Easy to apply, last whole day without smudging.
I have got 3 tubs of different colours myself!

Bare Escentuals Liner Shadow. Comes in beautiful colours, is easy to use and is very gentle. I use it and I have very sensitive eyes and I wear contacts.
It is about twelve dollars for a jar of the liner shadow and around the same for the brush. (You could use a less expensive lining brush)
The jar of liner shadow will last a long time.

I like a Korean brand eyeliner..its called Missha. Its really afforable and great. Just like liquid eyeliner but its just pencil type.

i got it a wallgreens for $1.99
it comes in mink brown, dark brown, navy, and black
it is retractable and on the opposite end it comes with a sharpener and a smudger.. if that is the look you are looking for

well i got this arabic eyeliner and it's really really good and not expensive.....but you cant get it at a regular store...you have to get it from an arabic grocery store...but if you cant find that maybelline has good eyeliners.

i just started using maybeline grey eyeliner and id have to say...its the best i have ever used...and the least expensive.
