Has anyone read Thomas Sowell?

I've read two of his books (Ethnic America and The Vision of the Annointed). His writing is meticulously researched and his books are extensively annotated. He tackles many controversial topics in a reasoned, intelligent manner, unlike many other authors and commentators on current events and politics.

I haven't read any of his books, but I read some stuff from him from townhall.com. Great guy.
