If you use outlook exchange
Then try this
http://outlook. see the dot after outlook,, then type your domain and . (see the dot) com or . net
it would read
http://outlook.yourwork.com and click go,,, use whatever your work domain is,,, then it should pull up a sign in box
try your usual sign in,, but if that says page not avaiable then try
external/your.name and your password below that remember that if your stalley then type it that way but if your sherri.talley it has to be that way in the box

I think this has to be done by your work technicians, with permission of the adminstrator.
