I am afraid that the crack smoke has damaged Whitney's beautiful voice forever..........What a waste...........She sure could belt them out and I couldn't believe it was the same singer the last time I saw her on TV......She was horrible............

Whitney Houston sure did have a strong voice, there were some songs I liked by Whitney (How Will I Know, I Wanna Dance With Somebody, So Emotional and I'm Every Woman), I don't think that she's gonna be as successful as she was in the 80's/90's.

She had a string of hits that were awesome. She was a total knock out too. I remember thinking that she would rise to the stardom that women like Cher, and Madonna enjoy. I don't think she will come back. I have seen some clips of her on various shows like access Hollywood and she didn't seems to realize how bizarre she was acting. At best I think she would be able to write a book about her life, but as far as live performances are concerned, I am afraid not.

She was my idol. Then Bobby Brown happened to her and I don't think you'll ever see her as she was pre-Bobby again. She's the textbook example of "when bad men happen to good women".

she could really sing and put so much feeling into her songs. i don't think she can come back, all the drugs she did just wasted her away.
