To be honest it depends. Some Denny's are just flat out nasty as hell. Bad service, nasty food, dirty building. Just like someone said before it just depends on management of the building. There are three different ones I have been to around where I live. One is ok. One is great while the other one is just flat out nasty. As far as food Denny has good food as long as the right person is cooking. I think the prices are very cheap. Juice is a lil high tho!

As for chain restaurants, Denny's is really a good choice. They also have a website! The price and the serving sizes are very right on!

Denny's, at least where i live (Tucson, AZ), is no longer worth going to. No more dreams of the Grand Slam breakfast's we once enjoyed as children. Now it's laregely a smoking section indoors, terrible servers giving 3rd rate service.

I've had both good and bad experiences at Denny's... and after so many "poor service" or "bringing the wrong entree" or "can't I get a refill around here" I have found other choices and haven't been to Denny's in years.

Denny's is cheap, and a lot of times they are 24 hours, but they are pretty much all junk. It's like IHOP, only way worse if you can imagine. . .they are only good if you're like on a road trip or something and it's the only thing open at 3:30 AM.

It really depends on the owner/managment of the Denny's. Some Denny's are really clean and have great service. Others are not to clean, bordering on dirty, and the wait staff is a little sketchy too. I mainly depends on the owner of the franchise in the area and the manager of that particular store.

You're guaranteed a lousy experience at Denny's. The service is generally slow, the food is greasy, I think it's all Stauffer's frozen food anyway. The prices are low but still a ripoff when compared to the quality you're getting.

It's cheap and open late, but the food is mediocre. Denny's are usually good for those late night road trips.

I have been to Denny's several times and each time was worse than the previous time. The food is mediocre, the service is terrible, and it's overpriced for the quality and quantity of the food you get. Most of the times I went, my food was never cooked to order and the waiters/waitresses were rude.

Maybe it's because I'm not that cultured, or because I'm not that picky, but I find Denny's food to be pretty tasty, especially breakfast. Of course I haven't been to one in a long time (none in my area if you can believe it), but I doubt they've changed much since I've been last.
