My parents live in a little town in WV and their mailbox at the post office has its own zip code (if you count the zip plus four).
Theoretically I could address an envelope with only the 9-digit zip and they would get it.

That's not a surprise. I remember shortly after 9/11 how they mentioned that the World Trade Center had it own ZIP code also. I guess that with so much office space that they are like towns within themselves.
Looking it up, the ZIP is 60606.
