I already sent the whole detail, about the sexual abuse at my sons fathers house ,i was sending a message back to marcus r. he asked me why did i take my son to emergency room. now the guy that said why am i whining. I've spoken to the chief of police. I've called the mayors office. my son has had three different detectives in less than a month. I'm ready to call the oprah show.
I'm not gonna give up until they get this guy. my son already said that his fathers cousin put his pee pee in his butt.does the police or anybody care the answer is no .
I also have a lawyer working on this case. and yes the doctor i took my son to confirmed sexual abuse. the hosp. is the one that screwed up royal, they did not exam my sons rectum.i did notice that when my son would come from his fathers house he would be in a bad mood. and would say his butt hurt, i thought it was because his father didn't wipe him when he would go to the bathroom. my son is my only child. I adore him.

if I were you i would fight this as far as i could as child abuse is totally unforgiveable and for it to happen at his dads place and the father not doing anything about it just makes me sick.I am a divorced dad of 2 wonderful boys I have them every 2 weeks and half their holidays and if anyone so much as hurt a hair on their heads I would be out for blood.I would as you say whinge whine and complain as much as possible until something was done about it.i would even look into not letting the father have him until an investigation has taklen place and the relevant people taken away and charged with the offence hopefully to the full extent of the law.i hope your son is ok but please do your best to protect him as our children deserve to live their lives as normal as possible.

My friend reported that her son told her his dad molested him. The cps worker said she was abusing him by making him go to a doctor to be seen for possible sex abuse. The guardian ad litem says son will live with dad!!!!! The system is sooo f'd up. This is happening in Maine. If you can't prove it, no one will help. Thats been the experience here. My friend has spent 70,000 for lawyers that do nothing! She is a victimized again! People get scared, can't imagine someone would do such sick things, so people just turn a blind eye. Sooo many kids are being sexually abused and the teachers, lawyers, police, cps don't even know how to address any of this. Real problem. sorry to say the truth, and the truth sucks.

Sue the hospital and have your lawyer take care of the rest. In the mean time, you can still take your son to a hospital where they can check him out and do a full report of the abuse. I am so sorry for what is happening to your son. I know what is like to be in that position. Where was his dad when this happened?!? I'd press charges against him too for negligence. Do not allow your son near his dad's home ever again. If he wants to see him, then he will have to come to you, that way you can watch them together as well. I trust nobody! His dad doesn't sound like a very responsible man. I'd throw his butt in jail too!

im so sorry this happened but the truth is if you already have an attorney he should press the police to do something and maybe press charges against the guy who molested your son, also if the hospital messed up a mal-practice suit, other than that take your son to therapy he will need it. good luck
